Shipping Orders with Shippo

Buy shipping labels from your LMNT fulfillment workflow using your own Shippo account, or purchase labels elsewhere and enter tracking manually. Connecting Shippo is optional. Connect Your Shippo Account Create or sign in to your account at Shippo. In Shippo, open Settings → API and obtain a live API token for real shipments. Complete any billing and carrier setup Shippo requires for your account. In LMNT, open your profile's Fulfillment area and find the shipping-provider settings. Paste the token into Shippo API Key and click Connect. Check that the connected provider shows live.

Postage purchased through this connection is billed to your Shippo account, not paid from an LMNT postage balance. The customer's shipping payment and your label charge are separate amounts.

Treat your API token like a password. Enter it only in the connection form, never in a model description, support message, or screenshot. Test tokens are for development, not real postage; production does not allow shipping an order with a test-mode label.
